Shipping policy

You will be notified when the shipping label is created or when the item is shipped and has if/when added tracking if necessary.

 

We are not responsible for delays through USPS/UPS/FedEx regardless of shipping type (ie: priority, standard, etc.). There is no guarantee on when you will receive an item if USPS/UPS/FedEx is experiencing delays. Especially during the holiday season.

 

Carrier Damaged Items
Damaged item in transit by carrier will be replaced once claim has been filed by seller. If buyer files claim, buyer will repurchase item(s) insured via carrier.
